Victories is a volunteer-driven organization by men and women who want to help men continue their personal growth and build their community. Victories has additional needs beyond weekend and group programs, and we are grateful that our community is willing to share their expertise and time with the organization.

All Victories weekends, groups, and other programs are led and staffed by Victories volunteers. Men often say that their initial weekend was life-changing, but staffing a weekend was even more transformative. Certain mental health professionals can receive 10 CEUs for staffing a weekend. To be eligible to staff a weekend or facilitate a PGG, we ask that you first take a training.
If you have already taken the training and are interested in staffing an upcoming weekend, fill out the form below and let us know your interest. If you have a particular weekend in mind, please let us know at least four months prior to the weekend. The weekend leaders will be notified of your interest and will contact you if they have staffing space available.
All weekend leaders and staff members are required to be Sustaining Members (donate $250+/year) and to pay a $100/per weekend “Food and Lodging” fee that helps defray the cost of a staff member’s attendance on the weekend. This policy will NOT exclude men who are not able to become sustaining members due to financial constraints. Payment plans are available.
