Refund Policy for Weekends
The refund policy of Victories of the Heart NFP is as follows. If a participant cancels prior to two weeks before the weekend, all payments will be refunded less a $190 nonrefundable deposit. If a participant cancels within two weeks before the weekend, all payments will be refunded less the $190 nonrefundable deposit and a $100 processing fee. If a participant cancels less than 48 hours prior to the weekend, they will receive no refund. There will be no other refunds.
Upon registration for the weekend, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact the office at 312-604-5013 or admin@victoriesformen.org as your order may not have completed or your email address may have been entered incorrectly.
Two to three weeks prior to the weekend, you will receive a registration packet, including forms that need to be completed. These forms and all final payment are due one week prior to the weekend. Payment plans can be confirmed with the office prior to the start of the weekend.

If a participant cancels less than 48 hours prior to the training or event, they will receive no refund. There will be no other refunds.
